1. The property
La Mora is a four-room guest house at Piazza Municipio 10, 06069 Tuoro sul Trasimeno (PG), CIN IT054055C201035712. These terms apply to direct bookings (website, WhatsApp, phone, email). Bookings via third-party portals (Booking.com, Airbnb) are governed by those portals' terms.
2. Booking and confirmation
Direct requests are finalised with our explicit confirmation, stating dates, room, rate and cancellation terms. When the online booking engine is active, confirmation will be immediate upon payment. The rate includes final cleaning and linen. There is no tourist tax in Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
3. Payment
For direct bookings the payment method is agreed at confirmation. When online payment is active, it will be by card via certified gateways (Stripe/PayPal): card details do not pass through nor are stored on this site.
4. Cancellations and no-show
- The standard rate allows free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- After that, the applicable amount may be retained, unless the nights are re-sold.
- In case of no-show without notice, the booking lapses at 12:00 the following day.
5. Check-in, check-out and documents
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (flexible by arrangement); check-out by 10:00 AM. On arrival all guests must present a valid ID for the mandatory registration (Art. 109 TULPS). The rooms are on three floors reached by stairs only (no lift).
6. House rules
- Entirely non-smoking.
- Small and medium-sized dogs allowed at no extra charge, on prior notice; the owner is liable for any damage.
- Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Kitchen and shared spaces must be left tidy after use.
7. Liability
Guests are liable for damage to the room, furnishings and shared spaces. The property is not liable for unsecured valuables or events of force majeure.
8. Complaints and jurisdiction
Any issues should be reported during the stay. Italian law applies; for consumers the court of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, if in Italy. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
