How much is a night?
Check your dates on the Book page and we'll give you the rate right away; it varies by season. For any request you can message us on WhatsApp.
How many rooms are there and what are they like?
Four double rooms — Rosa, Marrone, Azzurra and Verde — all similar, each with a private bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and a terracotta vault. They share the kitchen with breakfast corner and the dining room.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms.
Is breakfast included?
We don't serve a sit-down breakfast, but in the shared kitchen there's a breakfast corner with kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits for you to use. And the town's cafés are right outside, on the square.
Can I use the kitchen?
Yes: the shared kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge is available to guests, along with the dining room with the large table and the breakfast corner.
Are there stairs or a lift?
The rooms are spread over three floors and are reached by stairs only: there is no lift. If stairs are difficult for you or you travel with heavy luggage, message us before booking and we'll tell you what to expect.
Where can I park?
We're right in the old town, so there's no private parking at the property. A short walk away, however, there are free public car parks: on arrival we'll point you to the handiest one.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (flexible, just let us know) and check-out by 10:00 AM. For different times, let's arrange in advance on WhatsApp.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, small and medium-sized dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Let us know in your request so we can prepare the room accordingly.
Is there a tourist tax?
No, there is no tourist tax in Tuoro sul Trasimeno: what you pay for the room is all there is.
How do I pay?
From the Book page you pay the deposit (or the full stay) online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The balance is settled on arrival, in cash. Payment happens on a certified gateway: card details never pass through this site.
Can I cancel my booking?
The standard rate allows free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. For anything unexpected, message us: if we can re-sell the nights, we'll find a solution.
Can I book several rooms together?
Yes: the four rooms can be booked together, up to the whole property. For groups, message us on WhatsApp so we can agree on dates and price.
How far is the lake?
Lake Trasimeno is about 3 km away: 5 minutes by car. From the Tuoro-Navaccia pier, ferries leave for Isola Maggiore.
