La Mora is a family-run guest house in the heart of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, inside a historic townhouse overlooking Piazza Municipio. We kept what makes it special — the terracotta vaults over every room, the wrought iron, the proportions of a real village home — and brought in today's comforts: four rooms with private bathroom, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
We're not a hotel and we don't want to feel like one. We hand you the keys ourselves, suggest where to eat lake fish, tell you when to catch the ferry to Isola Maggiore. If you arrive late we'll sort it out; if you travel with a small dog, it's welcome.
